During our recent city break, we stayed in a new mid-sized hotel that was just a short walk from a metro station. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, spoke English well and helped to organize taxis for us. The ice-cold air conditioning was a lifesaver in the scorching heat and the rainwater showerhead in the bathroom was a nice touch.
There were a few things that we didn't love about our stay. The breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel, which meant we had to share tables and there was a constant feeling of food shortage. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned or had missing elements during our five-night stay which was frustrating. Lastly, we were disappointed that the hotel didn't accept visa despite being a new hotel.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me an early check-in and arranging taxis for me. The location was perfect, with loads of good restaurants, cafes, shops, and money changers in the neighborhood, as well as being only a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including ice-cold air conditioning and a rainwater shower head in the bathroom.
Nothing at all.

The hotel location is pretty convenient and close to restaurants and shops. Additionally, it was nice to have an ice cold air con in the hot weather. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Our stay wasn't the best. The receptionist misplaced our reservation and the room was dirty.

Although the accommodation is located in a vibrant area with access to several restaurants and shops, it does not compensate for the disservice. the room was poorly maintained, with hard mattresses and no amenities such as a fridge or kettle as well as no lift. the bathroom was a huge disappointment, considering the shower head was unclean while there was no hot water. It was an experience full of frustration and irritation, and to others.

Friendly staff, English-speaking, accommodating. Spotlessly clean rooms with new furnishings. Convenient location with various amenities nearby. Effective air conditioning for hot weather. Non-smoking hotel. Modern and refreshing rainwater shower
Nothing that I didn't like.
